Training and racing opportunities for athletes in advance of WOC 2024.
Training and Racing
A limited number of printed training maps will be available for purchase at the Event Office. The maps are from Sprintelopes (urban sprint events) in Prestonpans and the Edinburgh Bio-quarter. They cost £5 each and can be used anytime during the week.
A wide range of racing and training opportunities are available leading up to WOC 2024, from international competition at Euromeeting 2023 and formal training camps to provision of maps for self-organised training.
Map files (in OCAD format) of relevant areas across central Scotland are available for release to national teams for self-organised training. Maps currently available:

Cumbernauld
Dunbar
Dunfermline
Edinburgh (areas outwith the embargoes)
Erskine
Falkirk
Glasgow
Kirkintilloch
Livingston
Musselburgh
Paisley
Tranent

Sprint Scotland 2024
Sprint Scotland 2024 took place on 4-5 May 2024 and featured 3 high-quality sprint races in Glenrothes, Fife.
- Saturday 4th May (morning): Sprint race – Glenrothes North
- Saturday 4th May (afternoon): Sprint race – Glenrothes North
- Sunday 5th May (morning): Sprint race – Glenrothes South
